रद्दीकरण और रिफंड नीति
And OffSet में, हम हर ऑर्डर को ग्राहक की विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं के अनुसार
कस्टमाइज़ करते हैं। इसलिए, एक बार प्रिंटिंग प्रक्रिया शुरू होने के बाद, ऑर्डर रद्द या संशोधित नहीं
किया जा सकता।
रद्दीकरण (Cancellation)
- ग्राहक अपना ऑर्डर केवल तब तक रद्द कर सकते हैं जब तक कि प्रोडक्शन प्रक्रिया शुरू नहीं हुई हो।
- यदि भुगतान किया गया है और प्रिंटिंग प्रारंभ नहीं हुई है, तो रद्दीकरण पर आंशिक शुल्क (यदि लागू हो)
काटकर शेष राशि रिफंड की जा सकती है।
- एक बार प्रिंटिंग या डिज़ाइन प्रक्रिया शुरू होने पर, किसी भी परिस्थिति में रद्दीकरण या रिफंड स्वीकार
नहीं किया जाएगा।
रिफंड (Refunds)
- रिफंड केवल उन्हीं मामलों में दिया जाएगा जहाँ उत्पाद में स्पष्ट उत्पादन दोष या हमारी त्रुटि के कारण
समस्या हो।
- ग्राहक को ऑर्डर प्राप्त होने के 7 दिनों के भीतर हमें ईमेल या कॉल के माध्यम से सूचित
करना होगा।
- निरीक्षण और सत्यापन के बाद, योग्य मामलों में रिफंड या प्रतिस्थापन की पेशकश की जाएगी।
- रिफंड की प्रक्रिया पूरी होने में 14 कार्य दिवस तक का समय लग सकता है।
- रिफंड उसी भुगतान विधि के माध्यम से जारी किया जाएगा जिसका उपयोग ऑर्डर के समय किया गया था।
महत्वपूर्ण सूचना
हमारी प्राथमिकता हमेशा ग्राहक संतुष्टि है, लेकिन कृपया ध्यान दें कि कस्टम प्रिंटेड उत्पादों की प्रकृति के
कारण, सभी ऑर्डर "मेड-टू-ऑर्डर" होते हैं और इसलिए सामान्य रिटर्न या एक्सचेंज नीति लागू
नहीं होती।
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At AndOffset, all products are custom-made as per the client's specific
requirements. Therefore, once the printing process has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their order only before production begins.
- If payment has been made and production has not started, a partial deduction (if applicable) may be
made before issuing the refund.
- Once the printing or design process starts, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any
circumstances.
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in cases where there is a clear manufacturing defect or an error on our
part.
- Customers must inform us within 7 days of receiving the order via email or phone.
- After inspection and verification, eligible cases will be resolved with either a replacement or
refund.
- Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account after approval.
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used during purchase.

Please note that all our products are made-to-order, and hence, standard return or
exchange policies do not apply. Customer satisfaction remains our top priority.
